We also have a complete line of selectorized magnum exercise machines set in a semi-private area.  Along with full lines of Stairmaster cardiovascular equipment, free weights, recumbent bikes, treadmills, and access to our North side basketball court.  Exercise classes of all types are also available through the recreation department in our aerobic classrooms.

On a exercise note regarding Weight Loss: One pound of new muscle tissue will require 30 to 100 additional calories per day just to survive!  One average, we will lose 10% of our muscle tissue (slowing metabolism) each decade after turning 30 years of age.  This directly correlates to gaining those unwanted pounds, and a loss of functional ability to conduct basic daily activities.

Contact us today to help you reverse this inevitable trend which can be limited or drastically reversed.  A strong body knows fewer limits.
